< Recordings of poems by Chenjerai Hove, Chirikuré Chirikuré and Dambudzo Marechera, as well as of Elinor Sisulu's introduction to the book "Gukurahundi in Zimbabwe: A Report on the Disturbances in Matabeleland and the Midlands 1980-1988" have been made in four languages: German, English, Spanish and French. We would like to thank "Radioeins" for their support and the use of their studios to produce these recordings.

In German the poems and the introduction were read by Friedhelm Ptok and Michaela Steiger who currently live in Berlin. The English and the Spanish translation were read by the Mexican American writer Chloe Aridjis. Additionally we received a recording of the poem "Noches con fantasmas - carta de un niño desde los escombros" from the Spanish director and actress Inés París. Recordings from the actress Astrid Monet are available in French. On September 9 the following radio stations will broadcast the recordings of the reading:

• Australia: SBS Radio will broadcast the text and poems on September, 11th 2007
• Austria: FREIRAD 105.9 MHz - Radio Innsbruck will broadcast the recordings in the different languages.
• Germany: Südwest Rundfunk Baden-Baden
• Germany: Radiomultikulti Berlin
• Germany: Radio-Dreyeckland will broadcast an interview with Claudia Duppé on Wednesday, the 5th of September about the Worldwide Reading.
• Germany: WDR 5 Cologne
• Germany: Radio BLAU Leipzig
• Germany: Saarländischer Rundfunk
• Mozambique: Radio Encontro will broadcast the records of the texts from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Zimbabwean songs will be put between them.
• Netherlands: Radio VPRO will cover the subject on September 7th.
• Netherlands: Radio 5 will cover the subject on September 10th.
• Switzerland: On Sunday, the 9th of September, Radio LoRa Zurich 97.5 MHz will broadcast information about the situation in Zimbabwe as well as the German recordings of the text and lyrics in their public political channel from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The program will be rebroadcast on Thursday, the 13th of September from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
• Togo: On Radio Horizon there will be a program about Zimbabwe with actors from the l'Ensemble Culturel LES GRIOTS NOIRS DU TOGO and two journalists from Radio Horizon at 9:00 am.
• Zambia: SKY FM Radio
• Zimbabwe/Great Britain: SW Radio Africa

Everybody is authorised to use the text and poems in readings and performances as all the rights are open on September 9, 2007.
